LEGAL NOTICE AND PRIVACY POLICY

1. LEGAL INFORMATION AND ACCEPTANCE These provisions regulate the use of the Internet portal service (hereinafter, the 'Portal') that ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ makes available to Internet users. Access to the website is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by users. Certain services are exclusive to our customers and access to them is restricted. Use of the Portal attributes the condition of Portal user (hereinafter, the 'User') and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice. The provision of the Portal service has a limited duration at the time when the User is connected to the Portal or to any of the services provided through it. Therefore, the User must carefully read this Legal Notice each time he or she intends to use the Portal, since it and its conditions of use contained in this Legal Notice may be subject to modifications. Some Portal services accessible to Internet users or exclusively for ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ customers may be subject to specific conditions, regulations and instructions that, where appropriate, replace, complete and/or modify this Legal Notice and that must be accepted by the User before the corresponding service is provided. 2. The User shall be liable to ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ or third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of failure to comply with this obligation. Reproducing or copying for private use the Contents that may be considered Software or Database in accordance with current legislation on intellectual property, as well as their public communication or making them available to third parties when these acts necessarily imply reproduction by the User or a third party. Extract and/or reuse all or a substantial part of the Contents comprising the Portal, as well as the databases that ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ makes available to Users. 3.3 DATA COLLECTION FORMS Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 5 of this Legal Notice, as well as the privacy policies accessible from the Portal and that may be applicable at any time, the use of certain services or requests addressed to ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ are conditional on the prior completion of the corresponding User registration. All information provided by the User through the Portal forms for the above purposes or any other purposes must be truthful. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated and will keep the information provided to ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ perfectly updated so that it corresponds, at all times, to the real situation of the User. In any case, it is the User's responsibility to have the appropriate tools to detect and disinfect harmful computer programs. ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ is not responsible for any damage caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Portal service. 4.3 AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE Access to the Portal requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation are not the responsibility of ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ. Consequently, the services provided through the Portal may be suspended, cancelled or become inaccessible, prior to or simultaneously with the provision of the Portal service. ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ is not responsible for damages or losses of any kind caused to the User due to failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service during or prior to the provision of the same. 4.4 CONTENT AND SERVICES LINKED THROUGH THE PORTAL The access service to the Portal includes technical linking devices, directories and even search tools that allow the User to access other Internet pages and portals (hereinafter, 'Linked Sites'). In these cases, ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ acts as a provider of intermediation services in accordance with article 17 of Law 34/2002, of July 12, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and will only be responsible for the content and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has effective knowledge of the illegality and has not deactivated the link with due diligence. In the event that the User considers that there is a Linked Site with illegal or inappropriate content, he/she may notify ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ in accordance with the procedure and effects established in clause 6, without in any case this communication entailing the obligation to remove the corresponding link. In no case, the existence of Linked Sites should presuppose the existence of agreements with the persons responsible for or owners of the same, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ with the statements, content or services provided. The User may revoke the consent given and exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to the address indicated in clause 1. ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ adopts the security levels required by the Regulation of Security Measures approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulations for the development of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data. Notwithstanding the foregoing, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be leaks due to fraudulent actions by third parties. ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ may use cookies during the provision of the Portal service. Cookies are automatic procedures for collecting information related to the preferences determined by a user during his visit to a particular web page. REPORTING ILLEGAL OR INAPPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES If the User or any other Internet user becomes aware that the Linked Sites refer to pages whose content or services are illegal, harmful, degrading, violent or contrary to morality, they may contact ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ indicating the following: Personal data of the person making the claim: name, address, telephone number and email address; Description of the facts that reveal the illegal or inappropriate nature of the Linked Site; In the event of a violation of rights, such as intellectual and industrial property, the personal data of the owner of the infringed right when this is a person other than the person making the claim. Likewise, the title that accredits the legitimacy of the owner of the rights and, where appropriate, the representation to act on behalf of the owner when this is a person other than the person making the claim must be provided; Express declaration that the information contained in the claim is accurate. The receipt by ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ of the communication provided for in this clause shall not imply, according to the provisions of the LSSI, effective knowledge of the activities and/or contents indicated by the informant. Likewise, the title that accredits the legitimacy of the owner of the rights and, where appropriate, the representation to act on behalf of the owner when it is a person other than the informant must be provided; Express declaration that the information contained in the claim is accurate. The receipt by ROBERTO LÓPEZ BENÍTEZ of the communication provided for in this clause shall not imply, according to the provisions of the LSSI, effective knowledge of the activities and/or contents indicated by the informant. 7. LEGISLATION This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its aspects by Spanish law.
